Four Sisters Alliance was created by four women from four different native nations to create a nurturing space for tribal community members to build and connect. Four Sisters Alliance is dedicated to fostering practical, peer-to-peer collaboration and knowledge transfer among tribal employees and programs. Our goal is to directly address critical gaps in current tribal capacity-building efforts by focusing on real-world solutions at the “where the work happens” level. By creating accessible platforms for sharing best practices, promoting unified solutions, and facilitating direct connections among tribal employees across tribal nations, we aim to drive tangible, replicable success and sustainable development from the ground up, circumventing the limitations of traditional, often inaccessible, and politically driven approaches.
